DESIGN:

We do offer design work in addition to the CORJL designer, (where you can add image, text, etc to your labels). Please contact us for more information on design help, additional charges may apply.

After you place your order, you will receive a link via EMAIL to the CORJL Design Center to Upload/Design your Label.

Once you submit your design, our team will review it for quality and send you a professional proof of your design to approve. Please make sure to keep text and images away from the edges so they are not cut off in production.

If you approve your proof by 8 pm PST your order will be processed the next business day.

LABEL SIZE:

Please ensure you are ordering the correct size you need, 1” labels are very small and many customers are surprised when they receive them as to how small they are (they are the size of a US quarter)

PROCESSING TIME

Proofs are sent within 1-2 business days. Once approved, we will print and ship!
However, if we do not receive your image timely or if you take some time to approve your order, your ship date may be delayed.

We ship with USPS as standard shipping – ALL items will include tracking – expedited shipping options at checkout – THIS DOES NOT AFFECT THE TIME TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER

Delivery dates are ESTIMATES, NOT guaranteed, and will vary due to setbacks at post offices and/or holidays. ALL carriers are currently waiving delivery date guarantees. This means that if you purchase expedited shipping, it is not guaranteed. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your shipping cost if we ship on time and the delay is caused by the carrier.

We do not make changes to your address before we ship, therefore, it is very important to make sure your address is correct. If your address is incorrect, please let us know so we can update it. We are not responsible for orders mailed to the incorrect address. If this occurs, the customer will need to repurchase. If the package is returned to us the customer will need to pay to have the package resent.

Please note: We do not accept cancellations as custom orders take time to plan materials and set up the design which happens shortly after purchase. If you have a problem with your order, please reach out and we will see what we can do to help! We cannot guarantee a color match on all images as monitor screens vary, however we do print with a G7 calibrated system and will get as close as we possibly can to your image. Due to this, there is a slight variation in color based on what you see and what is printed.
